1Introductory 5.99% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) effective as of 01/01/26, is fixed for twelve months from the date of closing. After that date, APR becomes a variable rate adjusted monthly based upon the Prime Rate, as most recently published in the Wall Street Journal, minus .51% for the life of the loan with a minimum rate of 3.00%. The maximum lifetime APR is 18%. As of 01/01/26 Prime Rate was 6.75% which would result in an APR of 6.24%. Terms are dependent upon amount financed. Rate shown above is for members with the best credit profile. Other rates are available based on your credit score and subject to change. 1-4 family owner-occupied properties Maximum CLTV 65%. Maximum CLTV on condo or townhouses is 60%. An appraisal is required which the applicant will pay the cost of $350 – $475. If you cancel the line of credit anytime within the first 36 months, you will be required to reimburse us for any closing costs we paid but no more than $500.

No points or annual fee. Recording fee will be paid by applicant(s). We will lend to 75% CLTV of an appraisal. $450.00 – $650.00 appraisal fee for Home Equity Loans will be paid by applicant. If you cancel the loan within the first 36 months, you must reimburse us for any closing costs we paid up to $500. 1- to 4-family owner-occupied properties, townhouses, or condos only. Property insurance required. Maximum CLTV on condos or townhouses and multi-families is 75%. No appraisal necessary if applicant borrows less than 50% of combined loan-to-value using city/town assessment.
