1Rate of interest is 5.99% per annum for first 12 months. After 12 months, Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is Variable based on the Prime Rate published in the Wall Street Journal at the beginning of the month (currently 7.25%), minus .51% for the life of the loan. APR will never fall below 3.00%, and maximum lifetime APR is 18%. 1- to 4-family owner-occupied properties only. Property insurance required. We will lend to 75% of an appraisal. Maximum CLTV on condos or townhouses and multi-families is 75%. No appraisal necessary if applicant borrows less than 50% of combined loan-to-value using city/town assessment. If appraisal is required applicant will pay the $450 – $650 appraisal fee. If you cancel the line of credit within the first 36 months, you must reimburse us for any closing costs we paid up to $500.
