*The rate of interest is 5.99% per annum for the first 12 months. After 12 months the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is variable and based upon the Prime Rate as most recently published in the Wall Street Journal at the beginning of the month (currently 7.75 %), minus .51% for the life of the loan, however the APR shall never fall below 3.00%. Maximum CLTV on condos or townhouses is 75% and multi families at 75%. No appraisal necessary if the applicant is borrowing less than 50% of the combined loan to value using the city/town assessment. If you cancel the line of credit anytime within the first 36 months, you will be required to reimburse us for any closing costs we paid but no more than $500.00.
