Opening a Savings Share Account secures your BCU membership and gives your money a safe place to grow. Select a Statement Savings account which earns dividends and allows the account holders to access funds at ATMs with a provided ATM card.

Money Market Deposit Account

  • $2,500 is required to open the account
  • Earns a higher yield than a Savings Share Account
  • Deposits remains liquid
  • If the balance falls below $2,500, the dividend earned will default to the current Savings Share rate
  • Dividends are calculated on the daily balance and paid monthly

High Yield Money Market Account

This middle-tier account offers a competitive rate while maintaining access to your funds

Features

  • $25,000 is required to open the account
  • Earns a higher yield than a Money Market Deposit Account
  • Deposits remains liquid
  • If the balance falls below $25,000, the dividend earned will default to the current Savings Share rate
  • Up to three checks per month may be written
  • Dividends are calculated on the daily balance and paid monthly

Diamond Money Market Account

Our premier money market account pays the highest yield of all BCU savings and money market options if you maintain a minimum balance of $35,000. And while deposits earn dividends at a competitive rate, you maintain access to your funds.

  • $35,000 is required to open the account

  • Earns a higher yield than a Money Market Deposit Account 

  • Deposits remain liquid

  • If the balance falls below $35,000 and above $25,000, the dividend earned will default to the current High Yield Money Market Account rate.  If the balance falls below $25,000 and above $2,500 the dividend earned will default to the current Money Market rate

  • Dividends are calculated on the daily balance and paid monthly
